Experteer Overview As Drilling Proposal Manager, you lead a dedicated team to steer the tendering process for drilling projects, coordinating proposal activities and ensuring compliant documentation. You optimize contract awards and maximize the Saipem Drilling fleet utilization by analyzing requirements, guiding cost estimation, and shaping submission and negotiations. You work within the Business Development, Commercial & Tendering line, interfacing with Clients and Partners to define scope and strategy. This is a global, cross‐functional role with travel potential and a focus on sustainable, safe project delivery. Retribuzione / Benefits Plan and coordinate proposal activities, including commercial kick‐off meetings Prepare marketing and tender documentation aligned with procedures and client requirements Manage interfaces with Clients and Partners and define bid scope Analyze contract requirements and lead cost estimation, cash flow,
and proposal submission Handle post‐bid clarifications, support negotiations, and contribute to bidding strategy and market analysis Responsabilità Several years of experience in Proposal Manager, Tendering, or Commercial roles in Oil & Gas or Drilling Fluent English; ability to interface with Clients and Partners Experience with contract management and negotiation Experience with cost estimation and cash flow analysis Experience with market analysis and competitive positioning Experience with tendering strategy and commercial processes Knowledge of partnership frameworks (JV, Mo U, consortia) Requisiti fondamentali Permanent contract under CCNL Energia e Petrolio Health insurance Internal gym Discounts and partnerships Health, family, wellbeing services In‐house cafeteria #J-18808-Ljbffr
