Your Role As a Packet Core / IMS Expert , you will be responsible for the end‐to‐end technical delivery of Packet Core or IMS network elements, ensuring high‐quality deployment, integration, testing, migration and software lifecycle management in accordance with approved designs and customer requirements. You will work closely with delivery, care, TPM and customer teams to guarantee stable service delivery,
successful handovers and continuous improvement across the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Include Deliver Packet Core / IMS technical solutions according to approved LLD. Generate and validate Instantiation Templates, MOPs and data fill sheets. Perform onboarding, deployment, integration and configuration of network nodes. Execute System and Functional ATP test cases, ensuring proper documentation and artifacts. Troubleshoot issues during deployment, integration, ATP and migration, coordinating with Care, TPM and customer teams. Open and manage trouble tickets through internal tools such as JIRA and Salesforce. Support Packet Core / IMS service migrations and delivery‐to‐care handover. Perform feature activation testing. Prepare and execute software upgrade activities, including lab testing, golden MOP preparation and production upgrades. Provide 4‐eye support and post‐upgrade support, working clos
