Etinars is seeking an IT Support Engineer - End-User & Workstation Services to join the client’s international team in Rome (Anagnina Area). You will support end-user services, devices, and collaboration tools across European projects in the space sector.
Responsibilities include incident ownership, 2nd/3rd line support (on-site and remote), knowledge base documentation, and IT process standardisation. Fluent English and 2+ years of hands-on experience are required.
