Experteer Overview As a CBM for SME clients, you drive growth of the existing SME base and bring in new to bank customers through branch-based activities. You'll work with branches and HQ‐led initiatives to expand product holdings, manage profitability, and support customers' shift to digital banking via Connect FIRST. You will assess SME lending needs, submit credit applications, and ensure compliance while collaborating with branch leadership to deepen market penetration. This role blends frontline sales with credit understanding in a digitally‐forward bank. Retribuzione / Benefits Grow the existing SME base (Sole Prop, Partnerships, or Sdn Bhds with AST below RM 50m) to increase product holdings and profitability Acquire NTB SME customers through branch visits, roadshows, and sales activities Leverage HQ‐provided leads to bring in NTB customers Promote a portfolio of products: merchant services, deposit accounts, secured loans, unsecured loans,



and BANCA Grow ETB CASA balances and support customers in setting up Connect FIRST for online payments and payroll Understand SME lending requirements to evaluate and submit loan applications Collaborate closely with Branch Managers and Area Manager to enhance segment penetration and profitability Comply with statutory requirements and sales compliance including FSA, KYC, AMLA and internal policies Support after‐sales and onboarding activities to ensure smooth digital transitions for customers Contribute to the bank's Digital‐at‐the‐Core strategy and cross‐functional collaboration Responsabilità SME lending knowledge to acquire, evaluate, and submit loan applications Ability to generate and convert NTB opportunities Strong collaboration with branch leadership Sales and compliance focus with KYC/AML awareness Experience in handling multiple lending and deposit products Customer‐facing and regional coordination skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
