What You Will Do We are seeking a talented CMF Experience Designer to join our team at the Milan Experience Design Centre. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and developing innovative and global color, material, and finish (CMF) strategies and solutions that harmonize within home environments while standing out in expressive brand and communication spaces.



These solutions will enhance the overall product and spatial experience offering while remaining aligned with the company's brand identity. The CMF Experience Designer will collaborate closely with architects, interior designers (internal and external), and multidisciplinary colleagues within the MED and NED team—including industrial, spatial, and interaction designers—as well as with cross-functional partners in Marketing, Brand, R&D;, and Manufacturing, on a local and global level to ensure that design intent is consistently carried through from concept to production. The CMF Experience Designer will actively collaborate and strengthen the relationship with Qingdao CMF Team, syncing Strategy and scouting with sourcing development/testing and production execution.
