Assistant Project Manager

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Support the full range of Project Management Process.
- Provide day‑to‑day support on project delivery with minimal supervision.
- Assist knowledge capture, sharing, and innovation.
- Prepare and evaluate tenders, contractor selection, and contract documentation.
- Manage risk and value management activities.
- Administer contract provisions, monthly reporting, project meetings, and other related tasks.
- Deliver all outputs accurately and timely to a high standard of quality.
- Ensure service delivery complies with business policies, Health & Safety, and Quality Assurance.
- Operate in compliance with client corporate governance procedures where applicable.
- Achieve all objectives in the annual performance review process.
- Commit to continuing professional development and continuous improvement.
- Support development and management of project programmes and obtain stakeholder buy‑in.

Knowledge & Skills Required
- Developing knowledge of construction industry technical matters.




- Limited technical project management skills.
- More developed skills around following PM Processes: Risk, Opportunities and Issues, Change control.
- Developing understanding of the entire project life cycle.
- Good oral and written communication and presentation skills.
- Good interpersonal skills with both client and staff.
- Support stakeholder management.
- Demonstrate a high degree of integrity.

Preferred Education and Experience
- Basic understanding of leadership techniques.
- 2+ years’ experience.
