Experteer Overview As Manager of Customer Success for SEEMEA and DACH, you will steer a high-performing team across diverse markets to turn customer challenges into educational wins. You'll align regional CS strategy with Docebo's global vision, nurture key client relationships, and drive measurable retention and growth. You'll shape scalable processes, advocate for customer success, and leverage data to uncover automation opportunities. This role combines leadership, regional collaboration, and a focus on business outcomes to unlock customer potential with AI-powered learning. You'll work in a fast-paced, values-driven environment that supports growth and cross-functional teamwork.
