Position Summary
CRA is seeking an experienced Fabrication Shop Manager to oversee the daily operations of our fabrication facility. This role is responsible for coordinating production schedules,



managing inventory, overseeing logistics, leading shop personnel, and ensuring products are completed safely, accurately, and on time.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing fabrication, manufacturing, warehouse, or production operations. This individual will serve as a key liaison between production, installation teams, purchasing, and management to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
Knowledge of aluminum fabrication and welding processes is not required.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee daily fabrication shop operations.
Coordinate production schedules to meet customer and installation deadlines.
Plan and prioritize workloads to maximize productivity and efficiency.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate material purchases as needed.
Manage receiving, storage, and distribution of shop materials and supplies.
