Experteer Overview In this role you will lead simulation‐driven development of high‐performance powertrains, focusing on advanced ICE and future propulsion technologies. You'll drive 1 D thermodynamic modeling from concept to development, validate models with test data, and assess concepts for design transitions. You'll work with cross‐functional teams to shape powertrain architecture, optimize experiments, and support integrated 1 D–3 D workflows. This is a hands‐on, impact‐focused position at AVL with a clear path to leadership and technical influence.
