Experteer Overview As a Software Engineer at Ascom, you design, develop, and maintain reliable software for life‐critical healthcare environments. You work on healthcare IT solutions from Italy with remote support for international projects, focusing on quality, performance, and scalability. You collaborate with customers and cross‐functional teams to deliver reusable, maintainable software that integrates with hospital IT systems. This role combines impactful healthcare software work with a long‐term, product‐focused environment.
