Experteer Overview As Logistics Lead Engineer, you will oversee the planning, installation and operation of automated production systems at a new manufacturing site. You will ensure the project meets Nestlé Purina quality and safety standards while driving Lean improvements and cost-efficient delivery. You will work with cross-functional teams to integrate logistics automation with manufacturing operations and to hand over capital projects. Occupational Health and Safety guidelines Apply Lean engineering to improve material flow and reduce waste Manage project budget and track expenditures for cost-effective automation projects Troubleshoot and elevate bottlenecks with proactive problem solving Coach staff on safety standards and foster an inclusive, cooperative work environment Promote cross‐functional collaboration and continuous day‐to‐day improvements Responsabilità 2+ years of hands‐on automation project experience in warehousing (ASRS, AGVs, high‐bay storage, conveyors) in food/manufacturing Strong machine safety knowledge (ISO/OSHA) for automated machinery CAPEX budget management experience with Lean methodologies Results‐oriented, fast‐paced, problem‐solving mindset Fullfillment Center operations experience Foundational knowledge of logistics, electrical engineering, automation controls (PLCs/SCADA/WMS/WCS) and digital manufacturing Cultural leadership and ethics; promotes healthy, inclusive teams Fluency in English; Italian a plus Requisiti fondamentali Flexibile working arrangements and hybrid options Training, certifications, and development progr
