Overview In this role, you apply advanced HVAC/R knowledge to OEM environments, ensuring optimal integration of Danfoss cooling products. You act as a technical reference, supporting installation, performance, and reliability across customer sites. You will diagnose and optimize refrigeration systems and heat exchangers, while transferring know‐how to internal and external stakeholders. The position offers hands‐on problem solving, collaboration with R&D; and labs, and opportunities to impact energy efficiency and system reliability. Benefits Conduct advanced analysis of HVAC/R systems and interactions with OEM installations Provide on‐site technical support to customer teams for installation, performance, and reliability issues Oversee correct implementation, verification, and qualification of products at OEM sites Diagnose and troubleshoot compressors, heat exchangers (BPHE, MCHE),



and refrigeration circuits for efficiency and reliability Analyze qualification and operation data to identify technical improvements Deliver advanced technical training and document procedures and best practices Coordinate with R&D;, laboratories, TPM, and logistics for validation, testing, and special applications Qualifications Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering with thermodynamics specialization. Proven field engineering experience in industrial HVAC/R and OEM contexts. In‐depth knowledge of compressors (screw, centrifugal, scroll), refrigeration circuits, and heat transfer systems. Expertise in diagnostics and optimization of BPHE and MCHE heat exchangers. Strong understanding of energy efficiency and reliability of complex systems. Ability to work autonomously in the field and interface with international teams. Fluent English (spoken and written). #J-18808-Ljbffr
