Description The opportunity Hitachi Energy is looking for a Project Leader in Global Supply Chain Management to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead and manage impactful supply chain projects, driving cross‐functional collaboration and ensuring successful execution in alignment with Hitachi Energy business goals. How you'll make an impact Engage with supply chain management and other functional stakeholders at regional and global levels to understand primary challenges and ongoing initiatives Conduct root cause analyses to identify gaps and develop business cases, providing management with recommendations on project viability Inspire and guide project teams by setting clear objectives and empowering members to optimize resource use and efficiency Create detailed project plans that outline scope, budgets, schedules,
