Experteer Overview In this role you will support operational planning, readiness objectives, and exercise execution for the Force Engineer. You will develop design, planning, and execution products to inform force allocation decisions and future employment strategies. You'll apply deep MILCON, installation management, and acquisition knowledge to naval installations and expeditionary construction. This position offers chances to influence strategic planning and cross‐functional collaboration in a defense context. Responsibilities Support operational planning, readiness objectives, and exercise execution for the Force Engineer Develop design, planning, and execution products enabling force allocation decisions and future employment strategies Provide expert guidance on MILCON processes, installation management,



and acquisition pathways for Naval installations and expeditionary construction Align services with contracts and ensure coordination across stakeholders Support cross‐functional teams in Do D planning and execution contexts Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Do D construction programs or contract administration 5+ years of experience developing and managing expeditionary operations for Navy or Marine Corps combat engineering Experience with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Power Point, Excel) Knowledge of Do D financial regulations, policies, and procedures Ability to travel up to 20% internationally Secret clearance Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an ABET accredited Program Benefits Health, life, disability, and retirement benefits Paid leave Professional development and tuition assistance Work‐life programs Dependent care Recognition awards #J-18808-Ljbffr
