Experteer Overview In this role you will shape and govern the enterprise applications landscape, with a strong focus on SAP architectures and platform integration. You will partner with business and IT leaders to drive standardization, modernization, and secure, scalable solutions. You help ensure architectural consistency across global programs and lead SAP-centric initiatives that connect ERP, MES, PLM, and cloud services. This is a strategic, hands‐on role for someone who translates business goals into pragmatic technology outcomes and guides cross-functional teams toward a simplified, future‐ready architecture. Retribuzione / Benefits Define and evolve the enterprise applications architecture strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals and IT transformation. Act as a technology thought leader for enterprise platforms, ensuring consistency, scalability, security, and performance. Provide architectural oversight for major initiatives and ensure adherence to enterprise standards and reference architectures.
Participate in architecture review boards and guide solution design across projects. Serve as senior authority for SAP landscapes (S/4 HANA, ECC, BTP, Analytics, Integration Suite, Mule Soft) and lead SAP-enabled integration initiatives. Lead integration of SAP S/4 HANA with MES, PLM, CRM, EDI, legacy ERP, and cloud services; promote SAP standard capabilities where feasible. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with standardized business processes. Define and govern enterprise integration patterns (API‐led, event‐driven, middleware) and design end-to-end integrations using SAP BTP and Mule Soft. Ensure resilient, secure, and scalable integrations in partnership with infrastructure and security teams. Lead business process mapping and drive application rationalization, modernization, sunsetting, and Saa S adoption.
