An exciting opportunity has arisen to contribute to Haier Europe. Responsibilities
- Draft and review a broad range of legal documents and commercial contracts supporting both business operations and corporate functions across the organization.
- Assist internal stakeholders in the negotiation and implementation of contracts, ensuring alignment with business objectives while identifying and mitigating legal and commercial risks.
- Provide day‑to‑day legal advice on a wide range of matters, including commercial, consumer, and contractual law, regulatory and product compliance issues.
- Support the management of pre‑litigation matters, disputes and claims,
liaising with external counsel when necessary and coordinating the collection of relevant documentation and internal inputs.
- Contribute to the legal support of key business projects and cross‑functional initiatives involving HQ, product lines and markets across the region.
- Work closely with senior members of the legal team on strategic matters and more complex legal issues, gradually building autonomy in managing recurring legal workstreams.
- Actively contribute to the digital transformation of the legal team, supporting the development and improvement of legal processes, workflows, templates and tools to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong background in contract law and commercial transactions.
- Keen on working in a dynamic and challenging commercial environment with international exposure.
