Together, we can shape the future.Job Description:Purpose:Ensure equipment reliability, operational continuity,



and safety by coordinating maintenance activities and leading the technical team.Responsibilities:Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenanceReduce downtime and manage troubleshooting activitiesCoordinate maintenance team and contractorsEnsure compliance with HSE standards and proceduresMonitor KPIs (downtime, MTTR, maintenance costs)Manage maintenance budget and spare partsRequirements:Technical diploma or degree5+ years in industrial maintenanceTeam management experienceStrong mechanical and electrical knowledgeReporting line: Plant Manager / Operations ManagerCompensation:The base salary range for this role is €39.132 - €53.807. The final remuneration will be determined based on skills, effort, responsibility and relevant experience.
