Experteer Overview As Static Equipment Thermal Design Engineer at Saipem, you contribute to the thermal sizing and specification of air-cooled and shell-and-tube heat exchangers within EPC projects. You will work under the Head of the Mechanical Department in ENCAR, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and delivering robust datasheets and bid evaluations. Your work supports complex, international projects in energy and infrastructure, driving safe and efficient heat exchange solutions. This role blends technical rigor with cross‐functional collaboration to support Saipem's mission of sustainable energy infrastructure.



Retribuzione / Benefits Review general specifications and perform thermal design and rating of air‐cooled and shell‐and‐tube exchangers Size and rate exchangers using HTRI Xchanger Suite or other software Create API 661/TEMA‐style thermal datasheets incorporating design data Prepare tubesheet layout for shell‐and‐tube exchangers and layout drawings for air‐cooled exchangers Address client comments on thermal design and contribute to vendor bid evaluations Produce Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE) packages for exchangers and participate in bid reviews Responsabilità Minimum 5 years as Static Equipment Thermal Engineer in international EPC/engineering firms Bachelor or Master in Mechanical Engineering English C1 level; Italian C1 level Knowledge of pressure equipment codes: ASME VIII Div.1 as a minimum Experience with EPC contractor activities and thermal design processes Requisiti fondamentali Permanent Contract - CCNL Energia e Petrolio Hybrid working model with lavoro da remoto options Health insurance In‐house gym Discounts and partnerships Cafeteria and wellbeing services #J-18808-Ljbffr
