Experteer Overview In this role you drive revenue growth for Synopsys by managing and expanding key Italian accounts. You will combine technical knowledge with consultative sales to deliver value-driven engineering solutions. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft proposals, forecast opportunities, and build a robust pipeline. This position offers a strategic pathway to shape the company's presence in Italy's key sectors and grow long-term customer partnerships. Retribuzione / Benefits Develop and maintain profitable relationships with current and new customers in assigned territory or named accounts Sell via phone, video,



and in-person meetings to achieve revenue targets Identify customer pain points and articulate value of Synopsys/Ansys solutions Create and update account plans highlighting share and opportunities Research prospects and expand existing relationships to unlock sales potential Prepare clear proposals/quotations for customers Coordinate efforts with marketing, account teams, and technical services Deliver accurate forecasts for new and renewal revenues Participate in industry events to generate leads and build pipeline Responsabilità Bachelor in Engineering or related field; 1+ years in technical sales or 5+ years in sales Proven sales experience in engineering software or technology Solid understanding of engineering analysis and software/simulation solutions Excellent communication and organizational skills Fluency in English and Italian Willingness to travel up to 50% Familiarity with Ansys products/services is a plus Requisiti fondamentali health benefits wellness benefits financial benefits salary range provided during hiring process #J-18808-Ljbffr
