Experteer Overview As a Senior Consultant in Deal Advisory M&A; Tax, you drive tax-related structuring and due diligence for M&A; transactions in Italy. You will work within a cross‐functional team, handling complex domestic and international tax issues and contributing to shaping deal outcomes. The role offers exposure to high‐profile transactions and opportunities to coach junior members. You will operate in a fast-paced environment with an emphasis on proactive, transaction-oriented analysis. Retribuzione / Benefits Tax structuring of M&A; deals and debt issues Tax due diligence assignments Tax models preparation and review MIP structuring Analysis of complex domestic and international tax issues (including business combinations)
