We are currently looking for a Junior Client Manager to join our team

What you’ll do:
- Management of healthcare communication projects, overseeing all phases from the initial brief through to final delivery.
- Ensure the development and successful execution of all projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Support the team in project execution, collaborating with cross-functional agency teams (Account, Science, Creative, Production, Digital, and Strategy) to ensure all deliverables meet The Bloc’s quality standards and client expectations,



scheduling internal deadlines and executing other supervisory activities and serving as a point of contact with multiple departments;
- Set clear expectations for tasks and deliverables, communicate clearly to the team and provide proper materials/documentation;
- Support the B.Director, managing critical issues in an agile manner;
- Manage relationships with clients and external vendors.

What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Pharmacy, Biology, Economics, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a structured international environment or a healthcare communications agency.
- Strong ability to plan and coordinate activities involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively.
- Fluent in both Italian and English .

What we offer:
- Salary range : € 25.000 – € 29.000 gro
