About the Role
The Human Resources, Recruiting and Legal Talent Coordinator is an integral part of Latham’s Human Capital & Talent (HC&T;) team. This role will be responsible for providing comprehensive support across the HC&T; function, combining human resources (HR) responsibilities with involvement in recruiting and legal talent initiatives. This role will be located in our Milan office.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
Other key responsibilities include:
- Serving as a point of contact for all human resources questions and duties,



including monitoring employees attendance tracking system, liaising with external payroll providers, providing HR and labor law updates as needed and responding to queries related to the firm policies, escalating complex questions and issues appropriately
- Supporting the organisation and delivery of training programs, development plans, and team-building initiatives for both staff and attorneys, contributing to engagement, performance, and retention objectives
- Supporting the promotion of value-added benefits, wellness initiatives, and training opportunities in partnership with the Well-Being & Benefits and Development & Training teams
- Maintaining personnel files to ensure confidentiality and compliance with all legal regulations and firm policies, while providing administrative and coordination support across the attorney lifecycle
- Supporting all phases of recruiting efforts including candidate selection processes, interview schedu
