Experteer Overview In this role you will analyze after-sales processes, design integrated solutions, and lead system implementation across DMS, SAP, WMS, OMS, and related platforms. You will enable data‐driven decision‐making by building and maintaining reporting systems for front‐line teams and management. You will train staff and dealers, and drive continuous improvements to boost service efficiency and customer satisfaction. This position offers exposure to global automotive trends within a dynamic, high‐tech environment and a mission to build a zero‐emission ecosystem. You will work closely with cross‐functional teams to deliver impactful digital transformations. and TIS Develop and maintain reporting systems to support decision‐making and improve visibility Conduct system operation training and create training materials for staff and dealers Stay updated on NEV industry tech trends and propose innovative solutions to improve efficiency and satisfaction Responsabilità Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields 5+ years in system support, software development, or digital transformation in after‐sales or automotive Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C#) and experience with system integration and SQL Familiarity with REST API, SOAP, and interface development Strong project management and cross‐departmental collaboration skills Excellent communication with business, technical, and external stakeholders Requisiti fondamentali Competitive salary and benefits #J-18808-Ljbffr
