WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
This position belongs to the Research & Development team for A2W & W2A heat pumps / chiller products.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
- Mechanical design of heat pumps using 2D / 3D CAD software:
refrigerant / hydraulic / aeraulic circuit, structural parts, insulation, interconnection of 3rd party components.
- Coordinate with the design team to identify the best solutions to ensure product performance and reliability, as well as accessibility for maintenance and repair activities.
- Cooperate in the supervision of production activities, especially in the prototyping phase, and carry out activities as integrated with all other design inputs, within a project team (mechanical, electrical and software, thermodynamics).
- Interface with suppliers both in the design phase and in the construction phase of mechanical parts, with the aim of finding the cost‑effective solution according to company quality standards.
- Creation of bills of materials for the mechanical structure of the unit, interfacing with the supply chain for the management of coding and maintenance of revisions.
