The region of focus markets/applications: Europe for applications in energy stability with synchronous condensers, Geothermal Projects (Process with ORC and STG), LDES (Long Duration Energy Storage) and CHP projects. You will also cover globally an expertise in Integrated Energy. Responsibilities Supporting Sales team while working cross-functionally with product line leadership, engineering and commercial team in the Prospecting efforts: New clients/market acquisitions, supports and applies the new product development go-to-market strategy orienting Sales towards relevant geographies / applications/key stakeholders.



Promoting and driving value proposition development for proposed solutions with competition assessment – listening to customer needs and architecting technical solutions and the business value proposition of Baker Hughes technology. Interacting in early stages of project development to increase generate demand and increase market penetration for Baker Hughes solutions. Aligning capabilities to specific outcomes, creating reference architectures, and calculating potential solution value. Evaluating application of technology for industry processes. Customizing technology and influencing customer process modifications to drive the adoption of Baker Hughes products. Handling complex products and systems requiring technical knowledge and knowledge of the environment where the products or systems will be used. Products and systems are client specific and require technical analysis and system design to fit client conditions.
