Experteer Overview In this role you will support a safe and compliant environment at the Brugherio aerospace site. You will drive environmental, health and safety programs that enable reliable production, quality, and innovation while promoting a strong safety culture. You will collaborate with cross‐functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure regulatory and corporate standards are met and continuously improve EH&S; processes. Retribuzione / Benefits Ensure site compliance with EH&S; regulations and corporate requirements Support risk assessments and implement preventive and corrective actions Design, implement, and continuously improve EH&S; programs, procedures,



and initiatives Collaborate with EHS teams across sites to align projects Monitor site performance against regulatory requirements and KPIs Maintain ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems and support audits Prepare and submit environmental regulatory reports and maintain documentation Develop reports and presentations for operators to senior management Deliver EH&S; training programs and toolbox talks Coordinate with cross‐functional teams to address EH&S; topics related to facilities, contractors, and employee activities Support contractor management for safety and regulatory compliance Contribute to EH&S; policies and procedures across the site Responsabilità Proven experience in managing EH&S; processes or small projects Strong knowledge of environmental and health & safety regulations Ability to interact with multiple company functions and stakeholders Ability to design and deliver effective EH&S; training Detail‐oriented with strong organizational skills for training records and compliance documentation Languages: Fluent in English; basic proficiency in French is an asset Requisiti fondamentali #J-18808-Ljbffr
