Overview As Project Planning Leader at Purina Italy, you drive the development and upkeep of the project Masterplan, coordinating the project team and reporting progress through KPIs. You will lead cross‐functional discussions to remove obstacles and optimize planning practices within a global mindset. The role sits on the project leadership team, combining engineering rigor with people leadership to deliver on strategic objectives. This is a chance to influence project delivery at scale in a mission‐driven environment focused on pets and people.
Responsibilities Coordinate the project team to align on objectives and goals
Support, facilitate, and lead problem‐solving discussions to advance projects
Create, enforce, and maintain the project Masterplan; present to stakeholders
Generate, report, and monitor planning KPIs to ensure on‐track execution




Challenge and guide the project team to optimize planning processes and adhere to best practices
Qualifications At least 5 years of experience with at least 1 year in project management
Strong technical background (e.g., Project Engineer)
Fluency in English; Italian preferred
Familiarity with project management framework (training provided)
Proficiency in MS Project; MS Teams planning features a plus
PMI PMP certification is a plus
Ability to lead and facilitate discussions, strong leadership profile
