Experteer Overview As a Backend Software Engineer in the Consumer Growth Team, you design and build scalable features that fuel user growth in Satispay's digital payments ecosystem. You work across the end-to-end lifecycle from design to production, focusing on onboarding, trust, and secure onboarding experiences. You'll develop backend services for shop discovery, transactions, and personalised journeys, while strengthening loyalty and monetisation foundations. You'll operate on an AWS-based stack and collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver measurable growth impact. This role offers an opportunity to shape meaningful growth at scale within a fast-moving fintech culture.
