We're looking for a Sales Account Manager who gets it. Someone who understands that selling in healthcare isn't about pushing a product — it's about designing the right story, for the right audience, at the right moment. What you'll do: You'll own your portfolio. From the first cold call to the final project debrief, you're the architect of every client relationship. Concretely: Hunt new business and grow existing accounts across Pharma & Med Tech clients Immerse yourself in clients' strategic goals and co-design tailor-made multichannel projects Build proposals, negotiate deals,



and close — with full P&L; ownership of your projects Stay ahead of market trends and bring innovation ideas back to the product team Collaborate with creative, tech, and strategy teams to deliver projects that actually move the needle Who you are: A natural relationship-builder with a hunter mindset and a farmer's patience You have experience in B2 B Pharma sales — ideally in digital media, healthcare communication, or agency environments You speak Healthcare : you know how Pharma companies think, plan, and buy Digital is your native language — you're passionate about what multichannel can do for the sector Fluent/native in Italian, professional use of English is a must (our international team will thank you) Organized, autonomous, analytical — but never robotic What's in it for you: An international team at the cutting edge of digital health Real room to grow — within Fablab and across the broader CGM group inside more broad INTERMEDIX bu
