The opportunity
This role is Singapore-based. Our Principal Product Managers are analytical, data-driven product leaders who independently drive large, complex initiatives end-to-end. In this role, you will lead the Trip Planner team ,
shaping a multi‐quarter to multi‐year vision for how travelers plan and manage their whole trip with Agoda.
As our Trip Planner Principal Product Manager, you will lead a group of Product Managers and partner closely with senior leaders across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and business functions to define strategy and align stakeholders around a clear roadmap for the trip canvas and cross-product travel experiences.
You will have dedicated engineering capacity that you are accountable for directing and prioritizing, and you are expected to be hands‐on with your teams, with strong technical understanding of Agoda's systems. You will champion a culture that balances traveler experience with KPI optimization and quality, driving cross-team initiatives that meaningfully improve our Trip Planner product.
