Overview In this role you will drive the global FCM compliance framework for Packaging PVM products, shaping policies, procedures and systems. You will monitor international regulations, assess impacts with local teams, and coordinate testing and documentation across laboratories and suppliers. You will act as the primary liaison for local packaging groups and help maintain Do Cs and compliance records. You will collaborate with Sustainability & Compliance to streamline packaging compliance processes and support regulatory risk management at scale. Retribuzione / Benefits Implement and maintain the global FCM compliance framework for Packaging PVM products Monitor legislative developments and translate regulatory requirements to action plans with local teams Collaborate with local packaging, procurement, quality, suppliers and labs to assess impact and ensure compliance Identify testing needs,



establish protocols and interpret lab outcomes for risk-driven decisions Maintain records and Do Cs for FCMs and oversee documentation systems Build network of external service providers (labs, legislation monitoring, trainings) Support and align with Group R&D; Packaging Sustainability & Compliance to streamline processes Responsabilità Degree in a scientific discipline; minimum 8 years in a similar international role, including 3+ years in the Food Industry In-depth knowledge of food contact regulations, standards and testing methodologies Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail Excellent documentation, record-keeping, time-management and project management skills Proven ability to persuade, motivate and secure buy-in for initiatives Ability to communicate packaging compliance risks and opportunities to non-technical stakeholders Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced, diverse environment Experience handling highl
