Role Overview The Plant Manager will be responsible for the overall management and performance of the manufacturing plant,
ensuring the achievement of operational, quality, safety, and financial objectives. Reporting directly to the CEO, the successful candidate will lead all plant operations, promoting a culture of continuous improvement, operational excellence, and employee engagement. This position requires strong leadership capabilities, strategic vision, and extensive experience in manufacturing environments. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee all plant operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved. Drive operational excellence initiatives aimed at improving productivity, efficiency, and cost performance. Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards across the site.
