Experteer Overview In this role you will shape and launch digital services within Coesia's global customer service strategy. You will align product vision with customer needs, drive the roadmap, and oversee the end‐to‐end lifecycle to deliver engaging digital experiences. You'll work across Business, Digital & ICT, and Marketing teams to promote adoption, grow revenue, and continuously improve offering. This is a chance to influence how digital services enable manufacturing and packaging customers at scale.



Retribuzione / Benefits Support the definition and refinement of the product vision and strategy for Digital Service design Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with business objectives Ensure deep understanding of customer needs through research and feedback loops Boost awareness of digital services and support promotion to Coesia companies Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to maximize adoption and revenue Lead cross‐functional collaboration among Business, Digital & ICT, and Marketing teams Oversee full service lifecycle from ideation to post‐launch improvements Leverage analytics to monitor performance and inform improvements Oversee UX/UI quality with design teams and advocate for customer‐centric improvements Identify opportunities for innovation and competitive differentiation Responsabilità 5+ years in data‐driven services, product management, customer service, or digital transformation Experience in cross‐functional leadership and project execution Manufacturing environments experience preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
