Experteer Overview In this role you will lead and close sales for large-scale events at Rosewood Rome. You will manage end-to-end event life cycles, from conception to completion, ensuring profitable outcomes and exceptional guest experiences. You will partner cross-functionally with operations and sales to align on BEOs, spaces, and service delivery. This is a hands‐on leadership role in a luxury setting that values relationship hospitality, problem‐solving, and precise execution. You will drive growth by expanding the hotel's event portfolio while maintaining the highest standards of service and confidentiality. Benefits Negotiate and issue group and event contracts with clients Coordinate event details and ensure BEO alignment with operations Manage weddings, corporate events,



and other group functions from conception to post‐event review Maintain accurate lead and account information in OPERA & Sales & Catering system Lead and mentor team to deliver high‐quality service and guest satisfaction Research and pursue new group and event accounts while maintaining existing relationships Monitor and contribute to P&L;, pace, and budget reporting to support sales and occupancy goals Participate in promotional, industry, and community events to solicit new business Respond promptly to inquiries and nurture client relationships through meetings and site visits Responsibilities Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field 7+ years of experience in event management, with 3+ years in a leadership role Proficiency in event management software and CRM tools Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends Experience in luxury hospitality or high‐end corporate events (preferred) Multilingual capabilities (preferred) Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Knowledge of financials: P&L;, pace, and budget reports Proficiency with OPERA & Sales & Catering systems #J-18808-Ljbffr
