We are looking for a Legal Regional Counsel to act as a trusted legal partner for our EMEA operations. The Regional Counsel will serve as the primary legal advisor for the company's EMEA operations, acting as a trusted partner to business leaders and providing end‐to‐end legal support across a wide range of commercial, corporate, compliance, and operational matters. This is a highly autonomous role, requiring strong business acumen, versatility, and the ability to balance risk management with enabling growth. Roles & Responsibilities Commercial Contracts/Operations: Draft, review, and negotiate a broad spectrum of agreements including sales, procurement, distribution, licensing, services, and technology contracts. Provide pragmatic advice on contract risks and business implications. Support local bidding requests. Corporate Governance: Support corporate secretarial matters, including board resolutions, filings,
and maintenance of legal entities across EMEA. Advise on corporate structuring, reorganizations, and cross‐border transactions as required. Compliance & Regulatory: Ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations across EMEA, including competition law, data protection (GDPR), employment law, and industry‐specific regulations. Develop and implement local compliance policies, training, and monitoring programs. Employment & HR: Advise HR on employment contracts, policies, terminations, and employee relations issues. Support internal investigations and disciplinary processes. Dispute Resolution & Litigation Management: Manage disputes, claims, and litigation, coordinating with external counsel where necessary. Provide strategic guidance on risk mitigation and settlement options.
