Experteer Overview In this role, you will lead systems engineering for digital NPD programs within the Digital Services team, aligning hardware, software, and analytics to customer needs. You'll partner with cross-functional teams and sales to shape service products and ensure successful delivery. You will drive requirements, architecture, and validation activities across the product lifecycle, enabling scalable digital solutions in energy. This is a hands‐on, leadership‐driven opportunity to influence digital transformation in a global energy company. Retribuzione / Benefits Systems Engineering & Requirements Management: define and decompose requirements, manage flow-down across software, subsystems, and components; create specs and design review materials Technology Assessment & System Design: evaluate new tech to match requirements and lead system-level design reviews Verification, Validation & Lifecycle Management:
