Experteer Overview As an HR Operations & Compliance Partner, you will help scale Otovo's HR infrastructure across Europe, with a focus on Italy and Poland. You'll work closely with leadership to ensure efficient, compliant people operations in a fast-paced, international environment. You will own onboarding, lifecycle processes, and local labor law adherence, while supporting workforce planning and organizational changes. Your work enables smooth employee experiences and governance as Otovo expands its AI-powered energy solutions. Retribuzione / Benefits Own and optimize HR operations and processes in Europe (Italy and Poland) Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations Support workforce planning and organizational changes Manage onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes Handle employee relations topics (disciplinary actions, terminations)
