Groupe Rossignol in Milan is looking for a Material Development Lead (M/W) to drive research and material selection that meets both aesthetic and commercial needs. The candidate will support innovation initiatives and supplier strategies to optimize costs.
The ideal applicant will have a degree in Textile Engineering and 5-8 years of experience in fabric development, working closely with design, product development, and sourcing teams. A flexible work environment is offered, with up to 2 days of remote work weekly.
