Experteer Overview In this role you accelerate practical adoption of marketing technology and AI within the tribe. You translate business needs into concrete martech and AI requirements, shape high‐value use cases, and drive end‐to‐end delivery to build a data‐driven, automated marketing organization. You partner with cross‐functional teams to align standards, governance, and compliant AI in marketing. You will be a pivotal link between business, data, tech, risk, and compliance to ensure measurable value and momentum. Retribuzione / Benefits Translate business challenges into martech and AI requirements, roadmaps, and delivery priorities Build and deliver business cases for martech/AI initiatives emphasizing impact, scalability, and value Define and prioritize use cases to improve marketing effectiveness, customer experience, and efficiency Drive implementation and adoption of use cases across the organization Partner with Group and expert teams to align standards, governance, and AI in marketing processes Link business, data, technology, risk,



and compliance stakeholders for smooth execution Ensure initiatives comply with risk appetite, data governance, and regulatory requirements Identify opportunities to automate marketing workflows, enhance personalization, and improve decision making Monitor progress, manage dependencies, and steer delivery across multiple initiatives Promote a test and learn culture and build capabilities and stakeholder alignment for an agentic marketing department Responsabilità Master's degree in business, marketing, data, technology or related field Strong technical and data background with affinity for martech, AI, and digital transformation Experience in martech, digital marketing, marketing operations, data, product, or transformation roles Ability to translate business needs into pragmatic, high-impact solutions Strong commercial mindset focused on customer value, efficiency, and results Excellent communication with both technical and
