Experteer Overview As a Senior People Operations Specialist, you'll own complex employee lifecycle processes and ensure accurate data while delivering a high-quality employee experience. You'll partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and external providers to streamline operations and scale service delivery. The role emphasizes process improvement, data integrity, and pragmatic use of automation and AI to reduce friction. You'll help modernize People Operations and contribute to a smarter, more human-centered operation. Retribuzione / Benefits Own and execute complex lifecycle processes (pre-boarding, onboarding, changes, transfers, leaves, terminations, offboarding) with accuracy and coordination Maintain data integrity in Dayforce and related systems for downstream use Serve as a trusted contact for complex employee questions with empathy and service mindset Support core People Operations programs while aligning with policy, compliance,



and regional practices Identify workflow simplifications to reduce manual effort and improve consistency Partner with People Technology and HRIS on system improvements, testing, implementations, and documentation Support practical uses of automation and AI to improve service delivery with strong controls Administer employee programs and coordinate with stakeholders and vendors across benefits, leave, and other programs Perform audits and quality checks to identify and resolve root causes Create and maintain clear employee-facing and internal documentation Provide regional support and act as an operational partner during peak periods and organizational changes Responsabilità 5+ years in HR administration, payroll, benefits, or People Operations Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle operations and country-specific practices Proficiency with HRIS platforms, Dayforce or similar systems Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong written and verbal communication and customer-service mindset Track record of process im
