Experteer Overview As a Global Software Design and Development Engineer, you will lead and contribute to software for diagnostic instrumentation, helping to deliver high‐quality, innovative solutions for patients. You'll work within a cross‐functional software group to translate user needs into robust software designs and maintainable code. The role blends technical leadership with hands‐on development, emphasizing quality and regulatory compliance. You will collaborate across teams to enable instrument development and improvement at a global scale. Retribuzione / Benefits Lead design and development of software for diagnostic instrumentation and related tests Create, review, and update software specifications and designs from user requirements with cross‐functional teams Develop and execute software unit test plans and protocols Produce and maintain technical documentation per Diasorin procedures Troubleshoot software during development and support releases; serve as point of contact for other groups Conduct anomaly investigations and participate in risk assessments Collaborate with hardware, assay integration, and other SD&TI; teams to assess feasibility Coordinate with Quality, Regulatory, and Clinical groups to ensure QMS compliance Adhere to safety regulations and promote safe work practices Pursue personal development in software engineering, best practices, and regulatory requirements Responsabilità Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics 4+ years of programming experience, with at least 3 years post‐Master's software development Experience in IVD or highly regulated FDA environments is highly appreciated Proficiency in C++ or C# and. NET Experience with Git and unit testing methodologies Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development Ability to create comprehensive documentation and algorithms (pseudocode) Understanding of cybersecurity principles is desirable Knowledge of cloud development, AI, and machine learning is desirable Famili
