Experteer Overview In this role you act as the internal reference point for the Compliance Function, focusing on compliance risks tied to investments and operations. You will implement the annual compliance plan, perform risk assessments, support reporting, and coordinate with the GIH Chief Compliance Officer and abroad referents. You'll assist with drafting half-year and annual compliance reports and participate in special projects. You will engage with senior stakeholders and operate in a cross-border, EU-Italy regulatory setting. Retribuzione / Benefits Report to the Head of Compliance and coordinate with the Compliance Function and abroad referents Execute the Gen AM Annual Compliance Plan, including risk identification, impact analyses, risk mitigation, monitoring and controls Support preparation of half-year and annual Compliance Reports Liaise with the GIH Chief Compliance Officer on compliance matters Contribute to special projects and initiatives Responsabilità University-level degree (preferably in law,
business administration or finance/economics) Second level Master's degree in compliance or internal control topics is an asset Fluent English required; additional languages (French/German) a plus 7–10 years of experience in similar or related functions (preferably control functions such as internal audit, risk management and compliance) Strong knowledge of European and Italian regulatory framework with focus on UCITS, AIFMD, MIFID, EMIR, DORA General knowledge of internal control systems and processes in asset management Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to deliver under pressure and manage multiple priorities; travel availability Team player with solution-oriented approach; excellent Italian and English writing/communication; autonomous work style Ability to interact with senior stakeholders #J-18808-Ljbffr
