About the Project COSBI is seeking a highly motivated PhD candidate to join its Systems Pharmacology Group through a thematic scholarship within the PhD Programme in Mathematics at the University of Trento.
The project, “Mechanistic and Quantitative Systems Pharmacology Modelling for Complex Diseases” , focuses on the development and application of mechanistic mathematical models to investigate disease mechanisms and support model-informed drug development.
The successful candidate will work at the intersection of mathematics, computational biology, systems pharmacology, and translational research, contributing to innovative approaches for understanding complex diseases and evaluating therapeutic strategies.

Research Environment The selected candidate will join COSBI’s Systems Pharmacology Group, working within a multidisciplinary and international research environment involving collaborations across academia and industry.
