Business Development Specialist – PV & Digital Power – Lombardy, Italy
Randstad Italia is searching for a Business Development Specialist – PV & Digital Power on behalf of our client – a global leader in Digital Power and Solar Energy solutions.
This is a high-impact role where you will manage an exclusive strategic partnership, acting as the crucial bridge between localized market needs and global innovation.
Location: Milan or Rome (flexible based on your preference)
Contract Type: Agency Worker / Outsourcing Contract powered by Randstad
Salary Range: €40,000 – €45,000 (commensurate with experience)
Key Responsibilities
Exclusive Partner Management: Serve as the dedicated Business Developer for a strategic solar partner in Tuscany, maintaining a strong on‐site presence with weekly business trips to their headquarters.
Private Label Excellence: Oversee the end‐to‐end private label process for Residential, C&I;, and Utility solar products, ensuring all rebranding and technical specifications hit the market.
Global HQ Technical Liaison:



Act as the primary bridge between the local partner and global Headquarters to communicate, negotiate, and track localized product customization requests with R&D.;
Competitor Benchmarking: Monitor market dynamics and product positioning to effectively counter established competitors, keeping a sharp focus on the partner's regional portfolio.
Supply & Delivery Coordination: Align with HQ logistics and production teams to secure dedicated component allocation and ensure seamless delivery timelines for customized private label batches.
What We Are Looking For
Solar Industry Expertise: A solid professional background in the Photovoltaic (PV) sector, with a deep understanding of Residential, C&I;, and Utility solar solutions.
Operational Mobility: Full willingness and availability to travel frequently, including a commitment to business trips to Tuscany at least once a week.
