To manage properly all the activities related to F&B; Hostess position
Keeps their work area tidy and clean with all the equipment and supplies required for the service, keeping menus and bill holders in good condition.
Participates in briefings at the beginning of each shift to get information on dishes of the day, VIPs, groups, events, and general comments and sharing information.
Responsible for taking reservations by phone, accurately noting customer data: name, time booked, number of diners, place where they are staying and telephone number.
Must be fluent in English; other languages are preferred
