RINA is currently recruiting for a Real Estate PropTech Operations Software Business Analyst to join its office in Roma within the Real Estate General Management Division.
Mission
The primary responsibility of a Software Business Analyst is to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, while also facilitating effective communication between business and technical teams throughout the development lifecycle. Their aim is to collect and document customer requirements, collaborating with software developers, and managing the testing and implementation phases of new software at customer premises. They support the project management of the software project.
Key Accountabilities
- Requirements Gathering – Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for new software development projects.
- Documentation – Create detailed and comprehensive documentation,



including business requirements, functional specifications, and use cases.
- Communication and Collaboration – Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the development team, facilitating communication and understanding between the two.
- Requirement Analysis – Analyze and prioritize requirements to identify critical features and functionalities; resolve conflicting requirements and prioritize based on business value.
- Project Planning – Contribute to project planning activities, collaborating with project managers to define scope, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Scope Management – Define and manage project scope, ensuring that changes are properly documented and assessed for impact.
- Testing Coordination – Collaborate with QA teams to develop test plans and test cases based on documented requirements, and participate in the testing process.
