Experteer Overview In this role you will manage and grow a portfolio of Italian subsidiaries of foreign multinationals, focusing on growth and retention. You will support clients with tailored risk-management solutions and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver value. You will shape sales opportunities, negotiate deals, and represent Marsh Risk Italy in industry events, driving cross-border client relationships and strategic outcomes. Retribuzione / Benefits Manage a client portfolio with budget accountability and contribute to growth, development, and retention goals Support clients in risk management with tailored risk analysis and transfer solutions Develop opportunities management and deployment through sales meetings and proposals using the company value proposition Close sales deals by negotiating values and basic pricing structures Coordinate the operational management team for client portfolios,
