Legal Intern – Salesforce (Milan)
Join Salesforce’s legal team in Milan as a legal intern, gaining insight into legal matters that affect a leading cloud computing company. The role involves supporting the legal team on complex projects and day‑to‑day responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate legal issues relating to IT and privacy matters across Europe.
- Assess critical areas and key legislations for Salesforce’s business (AI, cybersecurity, etc.).
- Participate in customer and partner contract negotiations.
- Contribute to both complex projects and daily responsibilities within the legal team.
Minimum Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Law in Milan, expected to graduate in 2027.
- Eligible to enter into a curricular Convenzione di tirocinio (internship agreement) with university for the full duration of the internship.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Fluent in Italian and English (oral and written).
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Collaborative approach across internal legal and business groups.
- Research capability and rapid learning of new concepts.
- Positive, professional attitude with dependability, timeliness, and discretion.
- Proactive, results‑driven, and eager to learn.
Preferred Requirements
- Strong familiarity with technical internet concepts and cloud computing.
- Strong interest in or experience within the high‑technology industry.
