Experteer Overview In this role you will implement sourcing plans for your portfolio to maximize supplier performance across cost, quality and lead time. You will work with cross‐functional teams under the Planning and Supply Chain umbrella to ensure timely delivery and quality, while documenting progress and timelines. You will select and engage high‐performance suppliers, run RFI/Q/P and bidding processes, and coordinate qualification with Supplier Quality teams. You will negotiate terms, develop contracts with Sourcing leadership, and continuously seek efficiency gains to support the business plan and company mission. and support the business plan Document performance of action plans and timelines for sourcing projects Select a high-performance supplier base aligned with Category Managers' short‐listed suppliers Lead RFI/Q/P and bidding processes to maximize value and minimize risk Evaluate current and prospective suppliers via reviews, site visits, and audits with Supplier Quality teams Negotiate prices and terms to meet quality, delivery, and cost objectives Coordinate contract negotiation and development with Sourcing Manager and Contract Specialists Drive parts and process qualification in collaboration with Supplier Quality teams Collaborate with Sourcing Manager to guarantee portfolio supply Identify and implement actions to reduce wasted time, money, and resources Comply with Schlumberger and local procedures Responsabilità 5+ years of relevant experience in sourcing/procurement unknown educational prerequisites #J-18808-Ljbffr
