Fondazione Edmund Mach (FEM) is looking for Fixed-term positions for Researchers and Technologists (Level III or IV) in the research areas: “Agrosystems and Bioeconomy”, “Biodiversity, Ecology and Environment”, and “Food and Nutrition”

Fondazione Edmund Mach (FEM) is an internationally-recognized research center, a technical and vocational agricultural highschool and a technology transfer consultancy, located in the Province of Trento, in the north of Italy. The FEM Research and Innovation Centre (CRI) pursues basic and applied scientific research, developing biotechnologies, and promoting innovation in agriculture, alpine ecology, biodiversity conservation, and forest, environmental, and food sciences. The campus also includes experimental farms throughout the province, expanding the possibilities for field research, experimentation and teaching.

CRI is looking for candidates interested in fixed-term positions as:




● Junior - “First Stage Researcher” and Post-Doctoral “Recognized Researcher”, to advance
scientific knowledge in their chosen discipline through collaborative fundamental or applied research activities and publish their scientific results;
● Junior or PostDoctoral Technologists, to design, manage and develop laboratory protocols, complex data analyses, infrastructures, facilities, databases, or instrumentation necessary for basic or applied research activities, providing strategic and advanced support to researchers.
CRI offers approximately 30 fixed-term positions per year depending on funding, project requirements and organizational needs.
